Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on clients and transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and data to assess creditworthiness and make informed lending decisions.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, monitoring their financial performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements to mitigate risks.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the client base and generate new business for the bank.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including credit analysts, legal, and compliance, to facilitate smooth banking operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
  • Understanding of risk assessment and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
Experience
