As an Environmental Sustainability Manager at Shell plc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our environmental sustainability strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations align with our sustainability goals and regulatory requirements. - Develop and implement Shell's global environmental sustainability strategy, aligning with our commitment to reduce carbon emissions and environmental impact.
- Monitor and analyze environmental performance data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives, build partnerships, and drive positive change.
- Lead environmental impact assessments for new projects and acquisitions, providing recommendations for mitigation and sustainable practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in environmental sustainability.
- Prepare and present reports on environmental performance, progress, and achievements to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability or related roles, with a proven track record of managing sustainability initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

- 5+ years in environmental sustainability or related roles.
