- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or related disciplines). Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 8 years in project management roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge of the petrochemical or energy industry is advantageous.
