Description

Prudential is seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures. You will provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and families, offering a range of Prudential products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on retirement planning, insurance coverage, investment options, and estate planning.
  • Educate clients on Prudential products and services, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on financial market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFP certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related roles.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies, tax planning, and retirement planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and present it in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ethical and client-focused approach to financial advising.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Track record of successfully helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Experience with Prudential products and services is a plus.
