Responsibilities

- Data Management: Maintain and organize financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for timely decision-making.
- Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of strategic financial plans and initiatives.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, providing recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience with financial software and tools.
