Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to identify key financial trends and opportunities.
  2. Reporting: Prepare and deliver financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders.
  3. Data Management: Maintain and organize financial data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for timely decision-making.
  4. Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating and managing financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and liquidity risk.
  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
  6. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the development of strategic financial plans and initiatives.
  7. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, providing recommendations based on financial analysis.
  8. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, concepts, and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Knowledge of banking industry regulations and compliance.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Experience with financial software and tools.
