Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team at Linde, a global leader in industrial gases and engineering. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of industrial gases, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment such as compressors, distillation columns, and storage tanks.
  • Monitor and control the production process to meet safety and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Safely handle and transport hazardous materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
  • Follow safety protocols and actively participate in safety meetings and training.
  • Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial gas or chemical manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
  • Strong attention to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and potentially hazardous environment.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role (preferred).
  • Experience with industrial gas production processes (a plus).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for handling hazardous materials.
