- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the engineering and construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of engineering and construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
