We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bank Branch Manager to lead our branch operations at Indian Bank. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch performance, managing a team of banking professionals, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Branch Operations: Manage daily branch operations, including customer service, account management, and transaction processing.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries, complaints, and providing financial advice.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive branch growth by promoting banking products and services, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure the branch complies with all regulatory and bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee branch budget, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risks by maintaining a secure and compliant branch environment.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance and financial metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree: 5+ years of banking experience.
- Master's degree: 3+ years of banking experience.
- Supervisory/Managerial experience: 2+ years.
