Responsibilities

  • Provide information about Aviva's insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.
  • Assist customers in understanding their policies, making changes, and processing claims.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and performance targets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and customer service software.
  • Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
