Description

As a Marketing Manager at Ashtead Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote Ashtead Group's products and services.
  2. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  4. Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels.
  5. Create compelling content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and videos, to engage and educate the target audience.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Budget management to ensure efficient allocation of marketing resources.
  9. Oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of marketing innovation.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience in marketing management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  6. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
