Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Project Execution: Manage all aspects of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project compliance and success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout project development, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Financial Management: Monitor project finances, track expenses, and report on project financial performance.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing renewable energy projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- PMP or relevant project management certification is a plus.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project management.
- Demonstrated success in delivering renewable energy projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale renewable energy projects.
