Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the ABC Learning curriculum.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their educational goals.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and student engagement.
  • Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of their performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to improve teaching methods and curriculum.
  • Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and training sessions.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere for all students.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Teaching certification or licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
Experience
  • Previous teaching experience, particularly in a classroom setting, is advantageous.
  • Experience with online teaching and virtual learning platforms is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or student teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
