As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, optimization, and execution of chemical processes to ensure safe and efficient production in our state-of-the-art facilities. - Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve product quality, yield, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Conduct process simulations, feasibility studies, and economic evaluations to support project decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement process modifications.
- Participate in HAZOP and process safety reviews to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and operators.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new products from the lab to full-scale production.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in chemical process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, process design, and equipment.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance in the chemical industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
