Responsibilities
  • Conduct experiments and research activities in the field of pharmaceuticals, with a focus on drug discovery and development.
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and quality of pharmaceutical compounds.
  • Analyze and interpret experimental data, generate reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize research methodologies and contribute to the development of new pharmaceutical products.
  • Stay current with industry trends and scientific advancements to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
  • A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of drug discovery and development processes.
  • Experience with laboratory techniques, including but not limited to, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry, and cell culture.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
Experience
  • For Ph.D. candidates: At least 2-3 years of postdoctoral research experience in pharmaceutical research.
  • For Master's degree holders: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant industry or academic experience.
Skills
  • Proficiency in experimental design and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines and compliance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and approaches.
