Description
Prudential is seeking a dynamic and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial futures. You will provide personalized financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and families, offering a range of Prudential products and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
- Provide expert guidance on retirement planning, insurance coverage, investment options, and estate planning.
- Educate clients on Prudential products and services, including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds.
- Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to ensure they remain aligned with their objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on financial market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFP certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related roles.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
- Strong understanding of investment strategies, tax planning, and retirement planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and present it in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ethical and client-focused approach to financial advising.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Track record of successfully helping clients achieve their financial goals.
- Experience with Prudential products and services is a plus.
