Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Create detailed financial models and forecasts to assess investment risks and returns.
- Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide ongoing support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute investment strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with investment partners and management teams.
- Support the evaluation of exit strategies for portfolio companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the private equity industry and investment principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
