Wipro is seeking a highly motivated and talented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain software applications using various programming languages and technologies.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  4. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  5. Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
  6. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  7. Work in an agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, and delivering software increments on schedule.
  8. Document software designs, processes, and user guides as needed.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Proven experience as a Software Engineer or related role.
  3. Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C++, Python, JavaScript).
  4. Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  6. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  7. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
  8. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Experience
  • Entry-level candidates: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Mid-level candidates: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Senior-level candidates: 6+ years of relevant experience.
Skills
  1. Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  2. Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  5. Familiarity with databases and data management.
  6. Experience with front-end and back-end development.
  7. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
