Adani Enterprises is seeking a talented and highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial decision-making processes, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to drive the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company's financial health, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  5. Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions, providing detailed financial models and risk assessments.
  6. Data Management: Maintain and organize financial data, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  7. Advisory Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, financial modeling software).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related fields.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Exposure to corporate finance, investment analysis, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.
