As a Refinery Operations Manager at Hindustan Petroleum Company, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the daily operations of our refinery facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of petroleum products while adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the refinery, including production, maintenance, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Lead a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in refinery operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of refinery processes, equipment, and technologies.
